Strategic Website Manager: SEO, Projects, Development
Website project management from someone who's actually done the work: design, content, SEO, and development, not just managed people who do it. Twelve years in, I catch what a typical PM misses.

He was responsible for helping me improve conversions and traffic for my earliest clients.
He really turned things around by improving client communication, team organization, budgets, and timelines.
He… has been able to guide our client's website strategies, helping our websites achieve rankings on the 1st page of Google.
His experience and knowledge in countless industries has proven invaluable when managing the clients our agency partners with.
Not only did he help us produce high-quality websites but could also deliver high-volume assignments each month and stick with tight deadlines.
He has extensive knowledge of multiple industries… spanning across the legal, healthcare, marketing tech, and software fields.
He has led our team in rebuilding sites for some of our top clients, some of which are Fortune 1000 companies.
He always turns in top-notch work, takes on time-sensitive assignments at the last minute, and produces professional work.
He produced content for Facebook, Ford Motor Company, Home Depot, and Car & Driver Magazine.
He brings more to the table than your average PM… Our clients, which are law firms, noticed a difference in their website once Edward started managing them.
I've been working on websites for 12 years, starting in content and SEO, moving into design and development, and landing in project management for the last four years.
Today I scope and run concurrent website projects from discovery through post-launch, keeping large teams of designers, developers, and specialists on budget and on schedule. I stay in close contact with clients throughout, because the projects that go sideways are usually the ones where communication broke down first. I know what SEO, content, and dev teams need from each other to hit a deadline without cutting corners, because I've done all three myself, and I use whatever mix of tools a project calls for to keep it all moving.

Here's What I Bring to Each Website Project
From first kickoff call to the final QA pass, here's what I handle on your project.
Lead Client Onboarding
Run the kickoff call, document requirements, gather stakeholder sign-off, and lock the SOW before work starts.
Scope It Right, Upfront
Put budget, timeline, and deliverables in writing before the build starts. No scope creep, no renegotiating mid-project.
Own Budget & Timeline
Track spend and the critical path against the plan throughout the project, and flag drift before it becomes a problem.
Keep Assets Organized
Keep content, creative, and technical files organized in a single source of truth, accessible to the whole team.
Keep Everyone Aligned
Run regular check-ins and async updates with clients and the team alike, so status is always current on both sides.
Oversee Design & Dev
Review design and dev work in staging myself, using hands-on experience in both, before it reaches the client.
